Saturated Canary Challenge

Hello everyone, I can't believe that 2012 is just a few days away!  It seems like 2011 just arrived and I blinked and a new year is knocking on our doors.  I really wish I could slow time down, mostly so I can keep my kids little forever!

Today I am happy to be posting a card for the Saturated Canary challenge!  I simply love Krista's work and playing along with her challenges.  There are only a handful that I like to enter when I have the time and this is one of them!  This time around they wanted you to make a winter/Christmas project.  Well, I am done with Christmas until next year but love my winter projects, so my card is winter themed.  I used the Saturated Canary image, Maddie for this one.

The colors I used on the card kind of took on a life of their own after I started with my deep red color.  I really didn't intend it to be the colors it came out to be, but I really like the look if it now that it is complete!
