Good morning! Happy Wednesday to all of you and welcome to my post for today! At 7 Kids College Fund this week our challenge is to try something new. For my project I tried to make a "paper cake" using card stock and other materials. The first time I saw this project was in one of our challenges a few weeks ago. I simply fell in love with Marika's design so I had to try and make one myself. I decided to make it a Valentine's Day theme since it is just around the corner. I used this adorable magnolia image, Tilda with many Hearts, on the top of my "cake".
I didn't attach my boxes together. This projects is actually two gift boxes that are usable and can be set side by side if needed.
Materials Used:
Copic Markers - RV29, RV25, RV23, RV21, R29, R24, R22, R21, E57, E55, E53, E51
Self-Adhesive Recollections embellishments
Flowers
MS large and small heart border punches
Pearls
Crystal Stickles
Glossy Effects
Here's a close up of my colored image.
This is an exciting week for us at 7 Kids College Fund as we have our new DT members playing along with us! I hope you can stop by and see their wonderful creations and take some time to enter into our challenge!
