Magnolia - Ice Tila

Hello everyone on this Sunday evening.  I had a productive craft day and wanted to post one last card before I called it a night for the weekend.  I was a little under the weather today with one of those annoying headaches.  This is sometimes good crafting time for me because I don't feel like doing anything else and my crafts, especially coloring, often relax me.


Today I tried to color my image using a distressed look.  This was one of the lessons in the Color Me Creative class 3.  I am just finally getting around to trying it.  It's not too bad for my first time trying this but of course, like all new things, I need a little practice.


For my project I used the Magnolia image, Ice Tilda which is from the Sweet Christmas Dreams collection.

I gave my entire card a distressed look.  I was happy to use my Zutter distressing tool to help achieve this look.
