7 Kids College Fund New Store Blog

Hello everyone, I'm so glad you dropped by for this exciting news from 7 Kids college Fund!  Today the store blog switched to blogger and here's the best part, there's a giveaway involved in the switch!  Who doesn't love a giveaway?  I know I do!  What is it you ask?  A $100 dollar gift certificate to 7 Kids College Fund!  Wow, I can already imagine what I would do with that nice gift certificate!

The Design Team also each made a project for the big event.  For my project I used the new Magnolia image, Rose Scent Tilda.  And of course, with it still being February, I used the color scheme red, white and pink in my project.

Isn't she a cutie?  I used other materials for my project as well.  They are copic markers, Spellbinder's Nestabillities Scalloped Hearts, Cuttlebug Embossing Folder - Floral Fantasy, Crystal Stickles, Flowers, MS Frond Punch, MS large border heart punch and glitter embellishments.

I used this Tilda  for my first written copic coloring tutorial.  I am still working on it but come back this weekend if you're interested.  The tutorial is going to be on how I colored her skin.

Here's a close up of my rose smelling Tilda.  I added a little color and bling to her hair.  There are so many things a girl can have weaved into her hair, a little color, a feather, some bling, it's amazing.  Thinking of this I decided to add this hair accessory to my Tilda.

Don't forget to take a trip to the new store blog to enter yourself into the drawing for the $100 gift certificate to the 7 Kids College Fund Store.  PLUS, all the other design team members have some truly amazing projects to help to kick off the blog!  They are truly gorgeous!

I'm entering my project into a few challenges.
