Little Miss Muffet - Circles

Good morning everyone, how are you on this beautiful Thursday?  Summer seems to be flying on by, I can't believe we have been out of school for 3 weeks already!  Where did the time go?  We have been busy here though with swimming, walking and spending time outside.  My favorite is when we walk past the pond, which is pretty low at the moment with our lack of rain.  First, you can hear a croak and then a splash as a frog decides you are getting to close for comfort and high tails it back into the pond.  Then we go a little further and the fish start swimming from the edges, and let me tell you, there are some pretty big fish in our pond.  You wouldn't believe how far some of them can jump out of the water.  It surprises every time I hear them go splash!

These are not our only neighbors in the pond though, a turtle often sticks it's head out until we get to close to him.  And then there are the muskrats, a family of them.  EVERY morning there is at least 1-3 muskrats swimming back across the pond building their nest right on the bank of the pond closest to our house.  The kids LOVE to watch them do this and, I'll admit it, I do too!  It's so awesome to watch so much nature right outside your front door.  I won't lie though, I am a little worried they they are doing more damage than we realize and one day we are going to find ourselves falling into their large nest.  I'll keep you posted on that one.

Today at Little Miss Muffet we are starting a new challenge and this time around we are looking for circles.  This is such a great challenge, so many possibilities.  You can make your card a circle shape, as I did, or add circles to your card, or cut your image on a circle paper.  There is just so much you can do!  Don't forget though, if you use a Little Miss Muffet image in your project then you can create a project with the Anything Goes theme.

For my project I used the Little Miss Muffet image, Flower Girl.  This was originally a Pollycraft image and is now being sold at Little Miss Muffet Stamps.

Materials I Used for My Project:
Copic Markers
Wild Orchid Flowers
Black Cat Cougar Cutter
Spellbinder's Large Classic Circle and Scalloped Circle dies
MS Frond Punch
MS double border punch
Glossy Accents
Crystal Stickles

Here's a close up of my colored image.

Now it's your turn, create a project using circles and link it up to our challenge.  Need a little more inspiration, the other Little Miss Muffet DT gals have got you covered.  Stop by the challenge blog and see the great projects they created!

I am entering my card in the following challenges:
