Mo's Digital Pencil - Anything Goes

Hi everyone, I hope you enjoyed your weekend!  No matter what time of year it is the weekends just seem to fly by, whether you want them to or not.  We spent a little more time in the pool today and hubby is enjoying playing with his underwater camera.  We have so many cool shots of the kids underwater.  In fact, my daughter has posted several of her pictures on  her Facebook page.  They really are pretty cool and even neater is that the camera is still working.  I'm used to electronics going kaput after they have gotten wet.  And yes, I would know, I've gotten several things wet and no longer own them.

Today I am posting a project using the Mo's digital pencil image, Glad Grad.  The challenge at Mo's this week is Anything Goes and I'm entering my card into the challenge.  I made this card for a young girl I know who just graduated from high school, but here's the kicker, I was her kindergarten teacher.  This is my second group of kindergartners to be graduating from high school.  Yes, I feel old, but let me tell what is going to make me feel really old.  When I start getting my students children in my class, then I'm in trouble.

You may notice the pink glittery dress and shoes under the gold cap and gown ( blue and gold are the school colors).  That's because her graduation party, which I unfortunately had to miss, was a princess party and in the pictures I saw she was wearing an nice pink, shiny dress!

I'm also entering my card in the challenge at Sketch Saturday challenge blog.  The sketch they are using this week looks like this.

Now, I am going through and incredibly annoying crooked phase at the moment, groan!  So, you may notice that a few of my pieces aren't quite as straight as they should be.  I'm hoping that I'll get out of this phase soon because it is really driving me crazy!

Materials I Used for My Project:
Copic Markers
SU sentiment stamp
MS border punch
SU circle punch
SU scalloped circle punch
IRock embellishments

Here's a close up of my colored graduate.

So glad you stopped by today,
