Mo's Digital Pencil - In the DogHouse

Hi everyone!  Happy Monday evening!  We are finally getting some sunshine after a weekend of mostly rain and hubby is grilling our dinner, yummy!  We are smelling the fruits of his labor and patiently waiting to eat, trying not to let our tongues hang out too far.  Just hot dogs and hamburgers but I love summer grilled food, it really is my favorite summer time dinner.  I mean, I love the George Foreman grill, but there isn't replacing an outside grilling experience.  It just can't be duplicated.

Today I made a card that I am entering into the challenge over at Mo's Digital Pencil.  The challenge this time is , In The DogHouse.  For my project I used the Mo's Digital pencil image, Taking a Break.  I also used my Black Cat Cutter and my SCAL program to make a doghouse shaped card.  I'm just terrible at themes for male cards and I thought that a doghouse would work well with this image.  The nice thing about a shaped card is that you don't always need a lot of embellishing.  Which is of course often true for male cards as well.

Materials I Used for My Project:
Copic Markers - B28, B26, B24, B21, E27, E25, E23, E34
Black Cat Cougar Cutter
SU Best Yet set sentiment stamp
SU circle and scalloped circle punch

Here's a close up of my colored image.

So glad you stopped by today,
